The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Coordinator to join our team and support the timely delivery of our gowns to customers around the world.
In this role, you will coordinate purchase orders, factory shipments and inventory movements, working closely with our international suppliers and internal teams. You will play an important role in monitoring orders, identifying potential delays and ensuring accurate information is maintained across our systems.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Osborne Park office.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
Place and manage purchase orders with our overseas factory partners.- Monitor order and delivery schedules, proactively communicating delays or risks to key stakeholders.
- Respond to order enquiries and assist with resolving discrepancies, late orders and product returns.
- Coordinate factory shipments and ensure import and export documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Process goods receipts and resolve any discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory movements and records within our ERP system.
- Support warehouse stocktakes and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
- Identify opportunities to improve purchasing and supply chain processes.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or a similar coordination role.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and international suppliers.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including experience creating and working with pivot tables and analysing data.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems such as AP21, Microsoft Dynamics, or Salesforce.
