Located on Flinders Street in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Winery is looking for an experienced and passionate Floor Supervisor to join our leadership team.
Known for our extensive range of wines, elevated food and beverage offering, vibrant atmosphere, and exceptional guest experiences, we're seeking a hands-on hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with our Venue and Duty Managers, you'll play a key role in leading our front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise day-to-day floor operations during service
- Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest enquiries and feedback
- Maintain high venue presentation and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, food safety and OH&S requirements
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and POS operations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Duty Supervisor or in a similar hospitality leadership role
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy venue
- Sound knowledge of Victorian RSA and liquor licensing requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Qualifications
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate (essential)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferred)
