Floor Supervisor – Al Aseel Alexandria
Al Aseel is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team at our Alexandria location.
You’ll play a key role in leading front-of-house operations, supporting staff during service, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- This role will start as Casual with the view to tranisition to Permenant Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest enquiries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day floor operations
- Maintain service, presentation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with staff training and team coordination
- Support opening and closing procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant supervisor or senior FOH experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
- Current RSA certificate
