The Opportunity:
As the Senior Category Manager, you will act as the custodian and champion for your nominated category / categories.

- Category Performance Tracking & Reporting : Monitoring omni-channel category performance across sales, margins, productivity, conversion, and inventory KPIs, providing insights to drive category growth and strategy execution.
- Trading Terms Negotiation & Review: Managing brand partnerships, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, annual brand plans, sales targets, and assortment strategies to maximize profitability.
- Brand / Product Launch Management: Leading end-to-end product launches, including sell-in processes, forecasting, stakeholder coordination, and launch execution across channels.
- Animation & Promotional Planning : Planning and executing promotional campaigns, sampling programs, and in-store activations to increase brand visibility and drive sales performance.
- Brand Portfolio Management : Evaluating brand performance, managed new brand onboarding, and conducted assortment rationalization and delisting initiatives to optimize portfolio productivity.
- Floorplan & Planogram Management : Overseeing merchandising, floorplan execution, and planogram development to maximize space productivity and enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Management : Partnere with supply chain teams to optimize inventory levels, improve stockholding KPIs, and ensure product availability for launches and campaigns.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- At least 10 years of Account / Brand Management experience - ideally from the beauty/fashion industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or Marketing
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
- Strong analytical skills, and is result-oriented
- A keen interest in the beauty industry with a flair for trends and style
