We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to fill the role of a casual concierge/caretaker at our esteemed apartment complex nearby Fitzroy Garden. If you thrive in social settings, excel at resolving complex issues, and have a knack for negotiation, this is your chance to become part of our team.
What we expected from you:

- The patience to communicate effectively,
- Availability to work during the following hours:
- Weekdays: from 3:30,
- Weekends: Start from late afternoon.
- Good eye for details,
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities,
- General cleaning and hospitality related experience.
Your role will involve:
- Provide a 5 stars efficient service to our residents in the building,
- Helping trades and visitors to sign-in and out of the building,
- Finding and solving various building related issues,
- Keeping the highest security standard,
