The role
You’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the store, leading and developing the team while making sure operations, service and performance stay on track.
This includes managing rosters, supporting team members, overseeing stock and store presentation, and ensuring the café runs smoothly day to day.
In short - making sure the team feels supported, the store runs well, and every customer leaves happy (ideally with a pie in hand).
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years café or hospitality experience in a similar leadership role- Previous experience managing or leading teams
- Hospitality management qualifications are beneficial but not essential
