About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator / Room Assistant, you will support children's learning, development and wellbeing while working closely with Room Leaders and the wider childcare team.
Key responsibilities:
- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYLF
- Create safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments
- Assist with educational programs, observations and documentation
- Support daily routines, activities and experiences
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and other Childcare Educators
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive early learning environment
- Follow centre policies and the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about children and eager to grow within a supportive team.
You will have:
- Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Understanding of the EYLF, NQF and NQS
- A genuine passion for child development and early learning
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
