As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
About the Role
Reporting to the Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administration and management of contractor, employee, and client agreements across our recruitment and workforce engagements.
You will work closely with recruitment consultants, contractors, clients, and management to ensure contracts are accurately prepared, maintained, and administered throughout the engagement lifecycle.
This is a permanent full-time position based in our Fortitude Valley office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and administer employment, contractor and client agreements
- Manage contract variations, extensions and renewals
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding and compliance documentation for new starters
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders regarding contractual matters
- Monitor contract milestones, expiry dates and service obligations
- Support contractor engagement and workforce management activities
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant Australian employment legislation
- Assist with reporting, contract audits and process improvement initiatives
- Resolve contract-related queries and escalate issues where required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in contract administration, recruitment administration, workforce management or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to work
Desirable
- Experience within recruitment, labour hire, professional services or workforce solutions
- Exposure to government contracting environments
- Understanding of contractor management and compliance requirements
