Required: Proven experience leading a high-volume hospitality venue with strong commercial acumen, leadership capability, and a genuine passion for guest experience.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 per annum + superannuation

This role requires someone who is commercially sharp, operationally strong, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. You will be expected to lead from the front, make decisions, and take accountability for results.
The Role
As Venue Manager, you will take full ownership of the venue’s day-to-day operations, team performance, and overall results.
You will be responsible for driving service standards, building a strong team culture, and ensuring the venue consistently delivers both financially and operationally.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment and knows how to balance people, service, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Drive exceptional guest experience and handle escalations with confidence
- Manage financial performance including labour, COGS, and revenue targets
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Build a strong, accountable, and engaged team culture
- Oversee rostering, staffing levels, and daily operational planning
- Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and company standards
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive results and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role
- Proven ability to run a high-volume hospitality venue successfully
- Strong understanding of financial performance, P&Ls, and cost control
- A natural leader who can build, develop, and hold teams accountable
- A strong hospitality mindset with a genuine focus on guest experience
- Confidence, professionalism, and the ability to perform under pressure
- Strong communication skills and presence on the floor
