Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Disability Support Workers to assist and NDIS participant in the home and community.
This role involves providing person‑centred support in participants’ homes and the community, helping them build independence, stability, and confidence in their daily lives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including showering, dressing, toileting, grooming, and continence care (as required)
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Support community access, including transport to appointments, therapy sessions, and social activities
- Encourage independence and support participants to work towards their NDIS goals
- Monitor wellbeing and identify early warning signs or changes in mental health
- Complete accurate progress notes and incident reports in line with NDIS standards
- Maintain participant safety, dignity, privacy, and choice at all times
Job Type: Casual
Pay: From $32.88 per hour

Working With Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR certification
