The Catering Project Group is looking for a dynamic experienced Kitchen Hand who thrives in a busy kitchen. Young & fun environment, close to public transport.
Operating 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner to our residents.
NO late nights.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operating dishwashers, cleaning tools, equipment and the facility,
- taking ownership of heneral cleanliness,
- removing kitchen waste and correctly handling organic waste,
- maintaining cold storage areas & dry store,
- receiving and checking deliveries,
- supporting chefs in basic food preparation and stocking the kitchen.
Required
- ability to work independently,
- high cleanliness standards,
- availability to work 7-day rotating roster, particularu afternoon shifts.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $32.31 – $45.24 per hour
