Sonoma Bakery Bondi is dedicated to serving the community with artisan sourdough, exceptional food service and specialty coffee. We’re seeking a self-motivated, dynamic manager who embodies a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Role is Full-Time and will be located in Bondi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team to provide exceptional service
- Coach and train team members for continuous improvement
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow
- Deliver outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations
- Foster a deep knowledge of our products
- Manage payroll, stock, and daily ordering processes effectively.
About You:
- Proven experience in a similar managerial role (within the food and beverage sector preferrable)
- Strong background in food service and/or specialty coffee (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent customer focus and clear communication skills
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development
- Familiarity with store management and achieving financial targets
