About the role
Patio World is a well-established local business where we all work as a team – everyone pitches in and no one’s above rolling up their sleeves. We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused all-rounder to join us and help keep things running smoothly.
If you know building materials (not essential but preferred), enjoy juggling moving parts, and like being the person who makes sure everything lands where it needs to, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Purchase building materials through our ordering system and manage supplier relationships
- Organise and schedule deliveries to sites and customers
- Coordinate and maintain our builders’ project schedules
- Keep stock, orders, and timelines aligned so jobs run smoothly
What you’ll bring (experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience in building materials, hardware, trade supply, or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident, friendly communication with customers, suppliers, and trades
- Comfort with ordering/inventory systems
- A current manual driver’s licence
- National police check required as a condition of employment
