Premier Homes & Granny Flats is seeking a Truck Driver / Machine Operator to join our team!
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual to become part of a growing company specializing in quality homes and granny flats. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery (excavators), transporting materials and equipment, performing general yard duties, and supporting construction projects to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate trucks and machinery safely and effectively.
- Transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and related construction activities.
- Conduct routine vehicle and equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Perform general yard duties as required.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Valid HR Truck Licence.
- Forklift Licence
- Experience operating machinery and equipment, particularly excavators.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
- Construction industry experience is highly regarded.
