A part time 2 days position is available for a dedicated individual to join our friendly team as an Office Receptionist in our workshop office.
Our progressive and busy calibration business is based in Sydney and we have branches at Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Hobart.
As the Office Receptionist, you will hold a pivotal position in maintaining the seamless operation of our business. This role offers an ideal opportunity for a well organised person with attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks at once. We will be looking for someone who can work autonomously, knows how to prioritise important tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling phone enquiries, emails, data entry
- General office duties like filing, maintaining records, stationery supplies,
- Work in consultation with our lab technician.
- Print out TNT labels and stick on parcels
Your skills and experience
- 1 Year Admin/Receptionist experience
- 2 Days on Wed & Thur;8am to 4pm
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good relationship skills with strong verbal as well as written communication skills
- Chinese speaking is preferred, but not essential.
- Accurate data entry and record keeping
- Time management
- Reliable, trustworthy and self motivated
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency
