- Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (4 hours)
- Evening shift: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (4 hours)
Shifts run daily, and we're building a small team to share coverage across the week — so flexibility around available days is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care support, including continence and bowel care
- Manual handling and mobility assistance
- Meal preparation and support with hydration
- Positive, respectful engagement and companionship with the client
- Supporting daily routines and community/home-based activities

- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Sound understanding of the NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience in personal care support (essential)
- Manual handling training or experience
- Patient, easygoing, and respectful approach to client preferences
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a split-shift schedule
Good to Know
- The participant is a smoker, and support is provided within that home environment. Applicants should be comfortable and non-judgmental working in this setting.
- In line with the participant's preference and right to choose their support worker for personal care duties, preference will be given to male applicants for this role.
