Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Trainee Educator to support our team in providing high-quality education and care for children. Working under the guidance of experienced educators, you will assist in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment while completing your Early Childhood qualification. You will be required to work and engage with children, create and participate in planning and setting up activities, and be adaptable to work between the 3 age groups in the centre.

Role Description
Support educators in providing high-quality education and care for children.
Assist with the implementation of learning programs and activities.
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Supervise and engage with children to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest times, and hygiene practices.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
Follow all service policies, procedures, and child protection requirements.
Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development.
Complete all traineeship coursework and practical requirements within designated timeframes.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback.
Uphold the values, philosophy, and professional standards of Over the Hills Academy.
