Backed by a high-performing team, join our Mergers & Acquisitions team as a Senior Manager / Associate Director, where you'll provide strategic advice, build meaningful client relationships, and support clients across a range of industries and complexities at various stages of their financial lifecycle.
We are open to candidates based in Melbourne (preference) or Sydney.
Your role, your contribution!
- Provide strategic advice through the M&A, or capital raising lifecycle including scoping, market readiness, execution, managing offers and settlement.
- Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with clients, developing a detailed understanding of their business to determine how Findex can meet their needs.
- Proficiency in the concepts of valuation and value drivers.
- Support business development activities by preparing Proposals and Pitch Documents.
- Review and support the preparation of three-way financial models and marketing materials.
- Support transaction negotiations and legal documentation review.
- Oversee the completion and settlement process, including adjustment mechanisms.
- Manage, coordinate and delegate client work to team members with an appropriate level of capability to ensure team targets are met.
- Contribute to the development of junior team members.
Effectively manage multiple projects, their timelines and associated deliverables.

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in Corporate Finance and advisory, primarily in the areas of M&A and Capital Markets.
- Experienced in producing PowerPoint pitch books, presentations and other proposal documents.
- Three-way financial modelling and forecasting experience.
- Strong analytical and critical evaluation skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team.
