iHealth Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join our growing team in Kew.

About the Role
As a Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional pharmacy services while ensuring compliance with all professional and regulatory requirements. This position includes involvement in Dose Administration Aid (DAA) services, Webster packing operations, and supporting automated medication packing workflows through SynMed integration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing and checking prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Providing professional counselling and medication advice to patients
- Managing and overseeing WebsterCare and DAA packing services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Working with SynMed automated packing systems and supporting medication packing workflow integration
- Conducting medication reviews and reconciliations related to DAA patients
- Delivering high standards of customer service and patient care
- Supporting pharmacy operations and workflow management
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control
- Maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and pharmacy procedures
- Collaborating with pharmacists, technicians, interns, and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current General Registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
- Experience with WebsterCare, Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packing, and medication management services
- Experience using or working alongside SynMed automated packing systems (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Experience with dispensing software and pharmacy operations
- A commitment to delivering safe, accurate, and patient-focused pharmacy services
