What your day could look like
As a Medical Records Administrator, you'll help ensure patients and healthcare teams have access to the information they need, when they need it. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll contribute to smooth patient journeys and high-quality care across the health service.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Keeping patient records accurate, accessible and available to support timely care.
Working with clinical and administrative teams to coordinate information across services.
Managing urgent and routine requests while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Providing professional customer service and protecting confidential information.

Strong administration and time-management skills.
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience working with health records or healthcare information systems.
