BOUTIQUE CENTRE IN EARLWOOD
My Early Learning Centre Earlwood is seeking a passionate, dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our warm and nurturing boutique service. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality education and genuine relationships with children and families in our Earlwood community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated ECT who is committed to delivering engaging learning experiences, supporting children’s developmental outcomes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- A warm, nurturing and professional approach
- Confidence in building relationships with children, families and colleagues
Your Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and evaluate high-quality educational programs
- Foster a safe, inclusive and meaningful learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively with your team to uphold the centre’s philosophy
- Maintain documentation and child portfolios to a high standard
