The Department of Management and Marketing is seeking to engage talented educators in fixed term teaching focused roles to contribute to programs including the Master of Management and Master of Digital Marketing. Opportunities are available in the following postgraduate subjects in Semester 2 2026:
MGMT90141 Business Analytics & Decision Making
This subject introduces students to the different types of information that business analysts and decision makers gather, and how that information is processed to make effective business decisions.
Role: Associate Lecturer working as part of a teaching team under the guidance of a Subject Coordinator
MGMT90280 Managerial Decision Analytics
This subject is designed to equip students with a range of tools and techniques that are necessary for effective decision making.
Role: Associate Lecturer working as part of a teaching team under the guidance of a Subject Coordinator
What you will deliver:
- Delivery of high quality student-centred learning experiences across a 12 week teaching period
- Management of subject websites, teaching materials, and assignment submission and marking
- Student consultations and enquiries during the teaching and exam period
You may be a great fit if you:
- A doctoral level qualification in a Management or Marketing discipline and/or equivalent experience and expertise
- Relevant postgraduate teaching experience
- A scholarly approach to teaching and learning, including experience in analysing and addressing student learning needs
- An ability to work collaboratively and collegially with academic and professional staff colleagues
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a Victorian Working With Children Check before teaching commences.
