Mobile Occupational Therapist (Sub-contractor)
Part-time or Full-time | Flexible Hours | Brisbane North & Surrounds
Join a growing boutique Occupational Therapy practice where quality, flexibility and clinical autonomy are our priority.
At Ability Co Occupational Therapy, we believe clinicians do their best work when they're trusted to manage their own time, build meaningful relationships with clients, and focus on quality, not quantity. This allows you to prioritise what is important to you in your life, and enjoy work-life balance that can change as your goals do.
We're looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing practice as our first sub-contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-focused boutique business while enjoying genuine flexibility and autonomy.
Why Join Ability Co Occupational Therapy?
- Work from home with complete flexibility over your diary
- Choose the days and hours that suit your lifestyle, with the flexibility to change this each week as you need
- Build a caseload that aligns with your interests and availability
- Enjoy clinical autonomy with support available when you need it
- Focus on quality services rather than billable hour targets
- Be part of a growing practice where your ideas and input are greatly valued
- Competitive remuneration based on billable hours completed
Whether you're looking for one or two days per week, school hours, or a full caseload, we'd love to discuss what works for you.
