We are looking for a compassionate and professional HELF Co-Ordinator to support the uptake and delivery of HELF services as part of our Support Office Team.
The HELF Coordinator is responsible for the effective management of HELF service uptake and ongoing subscriptions, including agreements, purchase orders, and maintaining accurate service registers. The role ensures annual and ad-hoc reviews are completed while delivering high-quality, empathetic, and timely customer service to prospective clients, in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to General Manager Client Services this role is based in NSW and this role requires travel to the homes to provide on-site support and guidance.
In this role you are responsible for managing resident enquiries and delivering high - quality customer service related to Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services.
This role involves assessing resident needs, conducting compliant financial discussions, supporting agreement and purchase order preparation, and overseeing the sale, promotion, and uptake of HELF services.
The position also ensures accurate maintenance and auditing of HELF registers, completion of annual and ad - hoc reviews, and effective management of subscription changes to support strong resident engagement and service uptake.
You will have a relevant qualification, excellent customer service skills, strong time management, and proficiency with CRM systems. Attention to detail, empathy, and professional communication—both verbal and written—are essential to succeed in this role.
