Who we are looking for
We are looking for an organised, proactive and digitally confident Office Manager to support the smooth running of our systems, communications, capacity building programs and advocacy reach.
This is a great role for someone who loves variety, enjoys improving processes, and wants their work to contribute to meaningful environmental outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
· Managing day‑to‑day office operations, records, correspondence and meeting logistics.
· Supporting finance processes including accounts, purchase orders and budget tracking.
· Maintaining databases, digital systems and document management.
· Using AI‑enabled tools to improve workflows, reporting and communications.
· Preparing agendas, minutes, briefing papers and meeting packs.
· Assisting with website updates, newsletters, social media and digital content.
· Assisting with project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
· Providing excellent customer service to member councils and partners.
What you’ll bring
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· Confidence using digital systems and databases
· Willingness to learn and apply AI tools to improve efficiency
· Ability to work collaboratively in a small team
· Professional, friendly and responsive customer service.
· Experience in office administration, business support or operations
· Experience working with a variety of stakeholder groups
· Experience preparing website content, preferably WordPress
Remuneration
This role is offered with a total annual remuneration package of $77,005.87 (pro-rata for 3 days), inclusive of superannuation, phone and internet allowances to support flexible work arrangements.
