Chemology Pty Ltd is a South Australian owned and operated chemical manufacturing company specialising in the production and supply of water treatment chemicals, cleaning products, and toll blending services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join our team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position within our manufacturing and warehouse operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with the production, packaging, and dispatch of chemical products while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and blending chemical products in accordance with procedures and batch sheets
- Filling, labelling, and packaging products into drums, pails, and IBCs
- Preparing and picking customer orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Maintaining production records and documentation
- Following all safety procedures, Safe Work Instructions, and Quality Management System requirements
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within required timeframes
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use email, enter data accurately, and navigate Microsoft Office and company software systems
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and manual handling
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- Forklift Licence (LF)
- Current driver's licence

Pay: $24.95 – $36.01 per hour
