We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist and Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our Cairns branch while providing essential administrative support. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with all departments, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

In this role you will be responsible for the following.
- Provide administrative support across the entire Branch, including support to the Branch Manager
- Assist all departments (Sales, Service, Rental and others) with administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and manage customer sign-in and reception activities
- Perform reception administrative duties including but not limited to attendance registers, printing, stationery orders, and payroll timesheets
- Answer incoming calls nationally as part of the national reception team
The successful candidate will ideally have the following qualifications and experience.
- Confident and independent, with the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- Computer literate with excellent data entry and typing skills.
- A team player with a can-do approach to tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong general office and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail is essential in all aspects of work.
- Demonstrated data entry experience.
- Professional presentation and a strong telephone manner.
