We’re seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.
Based at our Cleveland clinic, this role offers the opportunity to step into a leadership position, supporting and mentoring two other veterinarians while maintaining a hands-on clinical caseload. Your time will be balanced across both surgery and consulting.
You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team, delivering high-quality, personalised care while building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
While this is a Lead Vet-style role, we are absolutely open to experienced vets who may not have held an official leadership title before but are ready to take the next step. With strong support, mentorship, and guidance from the wider team, this is a great opportunity to grow into a leadership position.
You will bring:
A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
4+ years’ experience in small animal general practice (preferred)
Strong all-round GP skills in medicine and surgery
Experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity, supporting less experienced vets
The ability to collaborate well with team members and build strong client relationships
