Fuel & Retail Customer Service Team Member
The Station Grocer – Alstonville
We're looking for a friendly, reliable customer service team member to join our Alstonville store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
This is a casual position working Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Shifts are typically rostered between 10:00am–4:00pm or 12:00pm–5:00pm, however these times may vary depending on business needs.
Shift Times
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- 10:00am – 4:00pm or
- 12:00pm – 5:00pm
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Operating the console (fuel sales, EFTPOS and general transactions)
- Assisting customers with fuel, retail and convenience store purchases
- Restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well-presented
- Monitoring stock levels and completing general store duties
- Supporting the team to deliver a positive customer experience
Pay (Age 20+)
- Weekdays: $35.18/hr
- Saturdays: $45.89/hr
(Junior rates apply under 20 years of age)
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Able to multitask and work as part of a team
- Retail, hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Reliable transport and ability to work the advertised shifts
- Availability for additional shifts to cover leave and peak trading periods would be highly regarded
- Looking for consistent, ongoing work
