An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and innovative educator to join our Learning and Teaching Team as Learning Technologies Support Leader. This key leadership position plays a vital role in enhancing learning and teaching through the effective use of contemporary digital technologies across the College.
Working closely with teachers, leaders and support staff, the Learning Technologies Support Leader supports the effective implementation and ongoing development of the College’s Learning Management System (SEQTA) and other learning technologies. This role contributes to building staff capability, strengthening the use of digital tools to enhance student learning, and supporting the documentation, monitoring and tracking of student growth and progress.
This is a POL2 parental leave backfill position for 2027.
As the Learning Technologies Support Leader, you will:

Support teachers in using SEQTA and other learning technologies to enhance curriculum planning, delivery, assessment and reporting practices.
- Provide coaching, guidance and professional learning to support staff in the effective use of digital technologies.
- Collaborate with leaders and teachers to ensure learning technologies support student growth, engagement and achievement.
- Support the implementation of the College’s Learn Instructional Model through purposeful use of digital platforms.
- Work with staff to identify opportunities for innovation and explore emerging technologies that enhance learning and teaching.
- Support teachers in integrating digital resources and platforms to create engaging and contemporary learning experiences.
- Assist staff in using SEQTA to document and monitor student progress, learning adjustments and wellbeing information.
- Collaborate with the Network Management Team and key stakeholders to ensure digital systems support effective teaching and learning practices.
- Provide ongoing communication and support regarding updates, improvements and opportunities within learning technologies.
- Contribute to the review, evaluation and continuous improvement of learning technologies across the College.
We are looking for someone who has:

A current teacher registration and experience integrating digital technologies into learning and teaching.
- Strong understanding of contemporary pedagogy and the role of technology in enhancing student learning.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems and digital platforms to support curriculum delivery, assessment, reporting and student progress.
- Strong leadership, coaching and professional learning skills, with the ability to build staff confidence and capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop positive relationships across the College community.
- A proactive and innovative approach to identifying opportunities and implementing effective technology solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment where technology supports improved outcomes for all students.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic Learning and Teaching team.
