About our role
We’re looking for a motivated Project Management graduate to kickstart their career with our Melbourne team. You will join our graduate program ‘Elevate’, which has been designed in consultation with Industry partners to accelerate your development and success.
Key responsibilities
:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
- Manage varying scope of works on projects – from feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover.
- Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire life cycle, including contract administration, financial management, project schedule and risk management.
- Manage schedule to ensure projects are delivered to client expectations, timeframes and specification.
- Manage change, quality, health, safety and risk.
- Report to project leads on the status, progress and completion of projects.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have or be working towards a degree in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Architecture or Business/Commerce (Majoring in Project Management) – or similar
- Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for a Government Security Clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Have outstanding decision making and problem-solving skills
- Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
