With a reputation for reliability, professionalism and quality results, we're looking for an experienced Internal Cleaning Technician to join our growing team on a casual basis.
About the Role
As an Internal Cleaning Technician, you'll deliver detailed cleaning across residential and commercial properties.
The role will primarily focus on builders cleans, renovation cleans, pre-sale cleans and end-of-lease cleans, with the opportunity to undertake other internal cleaning services as this area of the business grows.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Builders and post-construction cleans
- Renovation and pre-sale presentation cleans
- End-of-lease cleans
- Commercial internal cleaning
- Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, fixtures and other internal surfaces
- Internal window cleaning, including frames and tracks
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Removal of construction dust, stickers, adhesive and building residue
- Completing job photos, final quality checks and customer walkthroughs as required
- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Delivering a friendly, professional experience to every customer
What We're Looking For
- Previous internal cleaning experience, ideally including builders cleans, renovation cleans, pre-sale cleans or end-of-lease cleans
- Great attitude and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with the repetitive nature of detailed cleaning, including bending, crouching and scrubbing
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard
- Clear communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Availability for casual shifts Monday to Friday, with days and hours varying from week to week based on scheduled work
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
- Full working rights in Australia (non-negotiable)
- White Card or willingness to obtain one
