Front of House (FOH) Café Team Member
Do you love creating great customer experiences? As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be the friendly face of our café, providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Welcome and serve customers with a positive attitude.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and light café items.
- Process payments and operate the POS system.
- Keep the café clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, energetic, and reliable.
- A strong communicator with a team-first attitude.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible with weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous café or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.
Kitchen Team Member
We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Team Member who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing quality food.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard.
- Follow recipes and food safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory.
- Work efficiently to meet service times.
- Support the team to deliver a great customer experience.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, organised, and hardworking.
- Able to work well under pressure.
- Committed to food quality and cleanliness.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
