Daphne is a neighbourhood restaurant on Lygon Street in Brunswick East. We make our own pasta, cook over woodfire, do our own butchery and fermenting, and work with great produce. We're a small team that works hard, backs each other and genuinely enjoys what we do.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has around 2–3 years' experience in a professional kitchen
- Is reliable and turns up ready to work
- Is interested in food and keen to keep learning
- Works well as part of a team
- Can keep their head during a busy service
- Takes pride in doing things properly
