Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-standard seafood dishes with a focus on Australian sea urchins.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Assist in menu development and recipe innovation.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff as required.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification).
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen.
- Passion for seafood and fine dining.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment.
