You’ll be working closely with the Farmbuy team to manage listing fulfilment, support, and agent education, producing work that directly supports regional agents, producers, and rural communities.This is a hands-on role that offers both independence and collaboration, split evenly between resolving proactive support queries and conducting video-based onboarding and outreach sessions with agents across Australia.
What You’ll Bring
- Agricultural Connection: A genuine connection to agriculture, rural life, or the regional industries we serve.
- Client-Facing Experience: Strong background in customer success, account management, or client-facing support, with a passion for helping users progress from confused to confident.
- Digital Training Confidence: Comfort running professional video calls, hosting webinars, and conducting online training sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet.
- Communication & Support Skills: Excellent written communication skills for managing support inboxes, drafting simple reference guides, and maintaining strong data hygiene.
- Organization & Drive: Highly organized and self-directed execution to successfully balance reactive customer support with proactive account outreach.
