Our Home Care team is dedicated to helping older people remain independent in the comfort of their own homes. Through personalised clinical care, health support and wellbeing services, we work alongside clients and their families to deliver care that reflects individual needs, preferences and goals.
We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Home Care team within Perth’s South Metro.
This role is offered on a Permanent, Full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
About You
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent Wound management skills required.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- First Aid/CPR Certificate.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Sound written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required vaccinations.
- Current National Police Clearance or willingness to apply for one.
The Role
- Make a meaningful difference to people’s lives, demonstrating a strong desire and enthusiasm to contribute to aged care.
- Deliver holistic services that include clinical care and a range of activities to support daily living.
- Work closely with Clinical Nurses to coordinate and deliver safe, effective, and competent clinical care
- Apply leadership, training, and advanced nursing skills relevant to community aged care
- Provide clinical support within the South Metro region
