Role is casual and will be located in Alexandria.
Casual Cook – Production Kitchen
Location: Alexandria
Hours: (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM)

The postion is a casual role, ideal for someone who has experience in a bakery café or production kitchen preparation and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sonoma Chefs in service
- Prepare and cook a variety of mis en plus and dishes, including traditional and bakery-inspired offerings.
- Manage food preparation to ensure high-quality, fresh ingredients are used.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Work efficiently to meet demand during peak hours and follow prep production lists.
About You:
- Proven experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a bakery or production setting.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple orders at once.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
