About the role:
We're looking for enthusiastic Road Crew to join the C91.3FM Promotions Team. As the face of the station, you'll assist with outside broadcasts, promotions, activations and events, while engaging with listeners, distributing prizes and representing the C91.3FM brand in the community. This is a casual position with varying hours. Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends.
About you:
You're the kind of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone. Confident, energetic and reliable, you love being out in the community, meeting new people and getting stuck in wherever needed.
To be successful, you'll have:
- A current unrestricted driver's license and confidence behind the wheel
- A friendly, professional attitude and the ability to be a great brand ambassador
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty
- The ability to work well in a close-knit team environment
- Confidence using social media and creating engaging content
- A passion for radio, media and community engagement
- Experience in customer service, promotions or events (preferred)
- Studying or qualified in media, marketing, communications, events or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of the Macarthur region is a bonus
