What would I be doing?
As a rostering coordinator you will help coordinate employee shifts across all regional programs to meet operational requirements.
Operational hours are from 6:00am to 7:45pm, 7 days a week.
This role is for a maternity level cover- 15 months.
This could include:

Arrange replacement staff to cover ad hoc shifts and leave.

Setting up and managing employee rosters in CPL's rostering system.

Provide rostering services for clients and staff after standard working hours.

What you’ll need

Experience in rostering and coordinating for large numbers of people (HR).

Experience working with rostering software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to communicate with all stakeholders involved.

Ability to work Monday to Friday and weekends as required.
