Details: The Project Officer will coordinate a broad program of administrative, executive and business support services that enable the effective operation of the City Renewal Authority. The role will support, monitor and improve day-to-day processes across diary and inbox management, meeting and secretariat support, travel and office coordination, records and ICT administration, policy and eLearning reporting, supplier and invoice processing, and other support functions, working closely with executives, function leads and service providers.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in project management, business, planning, communications, governance, or a related discipline are highly desirable.

Relevant experience in project coordination or delivery may be accepted in lieu of formal qualifications.

Experience working in the public sector or a regulated environment is desirable but not mandatory.
Note: This is a temporary position available for a period of three months with the possibility of extension up to six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Please note, this position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
