About the Role:
You will provide high-quality administrative support to help ensure the efficient delivery of allied and community health services. You will coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, support meetings and assist with a range of administrative processes that contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. Working within a busy healthcare environment, you will liaise with patients, staff and external stakeholders, maintain confidentiality, and use your organisational skills to manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.

About You:
- Strong administrative experience with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with strong keyboard and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, use initiative and contribute effectively within a team environment.
