About the role
This is a role where your contribution is visible every single day, keeping the dealership presented to a high standard and making sure customers get where they need to go with a friendly, reliable service.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Driving the courtesy bus to transport customers to and from the dealership, giving them a smooth and comfortable experience while their vehicle is being serviced
- Cleaning and maintaining the dealership, workshop, and vehicle yard to a consistently high standard
- Washing and preparing customer and stock vehicles so they are presented at their best
- Supporting the wider Service team with general tasks that keep the operation running smoothly
- Building rapport with customers during transfers, often leaving a lasting impression on their overall visit
About you
You are someone who finds satisfaction in a job done properly, takes ownership of your area, and can be counted on to show up and deliver every day.
A bit more about you:
- A current, valid driver's licence is essential, as the courtesy bus run is a core part of this role
- You bring a reliable, punctual approach and understand that customers are counting on you to be where you say you will be
- Experience in cleaning, detailing, or a similar hands-on role is an advantage
- A friendly, approachable manner that puts customers at ease during transfers
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to the broader team
