Seeking a passionate competent Enrolled Nurse to provide holistic community based nursing care, in an existing supportive team to support a young man with complex disability and medical needs to live in his own home allowing him to experience a greater level of independence and improved quality of life.

Shifts can range from 4 hours to 10 hours across a 24hour period.
Casual employment with ongoing hours for the right candidate.

· Qualified and experienced Enrolled Nurse
· Trained in administering medications
· Positive, responsible and reliable professional that the client and other team members can depend on
· Strong communicator with well-developed organisational and time management skills
· Valid working rights
· A satisfactory Police Check and NDIS clearance
Duties include:
· You will be responsible for the provision of clinical care and support to the client to enable him to remain independent in his home.
- Provide a range of interventions and strategies to support a safe environment.
- Perform emergency procedures
- Manage but not limited to medications, airways and breathing treatments
- Work with and support other members of the team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including therapists and physicians as required
- Work effectively in a team
Education
Diploma of Nursing
*Specialising in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing would be an advantage and highly desirable.
Other requirements:
· NDIS Clearance
· Full South Australian Drivers Licence
· National Police Check
· Current Registration as a Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
