These roles are a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a niche industry or for someone looking to work in a smaller family run business with great morale within a fast paced environment.
Our team works on a variety of worksites including local government, private residential and commercial work. Our work is varied, challenging and exciting and covers all aspects of tree care and preservation (without repetitive line clearance work!)
This position is full-time and work includes a wide range of arboricultural labour activities.
Arborist:
To be suitable for the role of Arborist, applicants should have or be enrolled in Cert 3 in Arboriculture. Applicants MUST have a drivers licence
The following would be highly regarded:
- White Card
- Working with Children Check
- MR/HR licence
- Current first aid level 2 certificate and CPR training
- A strong work ethic, initiative, reliability, good people skills and physical fitness
- Well-developed mechanical aptitude and skills
- High risk work licence (EWP)
- Knowledge and appreciation of OH&S practice.
Previous industry experience is desired but not essential for these roles. Candidates who have no tree experience but are interested in tree work/arboriculture, are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors and a down to earth can-do attitude are encouraged to apply!
Individuals without a driver’s licence or previous experience need not apply.
