Your Opportunity
Are you an experienced people leader looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community sector? We are seeking a passionate and values-driven Program Manager to lead our Families Together and Integrated Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) programs on a permanent basis.
In this leadership role, you will guide and support multidisciplinary teams, drive high-quality service delivery, and contribute to positive outcomes for families and individuals impacted by domestic and family violence. Working at the heart of our mission, you will play a key role in ensuring our programs are safe, responsive, person-centred, and aligned with community needs.
As Program Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across both programs, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards while fostering a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture. You will lead a team that is geographically dispersed across locations, requiring a flexible and inclusive leadership approach to support staff, strengthen connection, and maintain consistent service quality across sites. The successful candidate will also participate in an on-call roster as required to support service continuity and respond to operational needs.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

Lead and manage the Families Together and Integrated DFV programs to ensure safe, high-quality and compliant service delivery.

Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and support to a multidisciplinary team, fostering a strong values-based culture.

Lead and support geographically dispersed teams across multiple service locations.

Participate in an on-call roster as required.

Oversee program operations, including workforce planning, resource allocation and service delivery to achieve performance targets and positive client outcomes.

Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with practice frameworks, funding requirements and organisational policies.

Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders, community partners and external service providers to support integrated service responses.

Monitor program performance, identify and manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Champion a client-centred approach that promotes safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes for families and individuals experiencing vulnerability.
Requirements for Success

Relevant degree with experience or associate diploma with substantial experience.

Demonstrated leadership experience within community services, domestic and family violence, family support or a related sector.

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver safe, compliant and high-quality services aligned with best-practice frameworks and funding requirements.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and influence positive outcomes.

Strong organisational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complexity.

Experience in program coordination, performance monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement.

A commitment to coaching, mentoring and developing staff to achieve individual and team success.

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and a valid Driver Licence.
Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
