We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our Technology & Data team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting and continuously improving enterprise application integrations that enable the secure, reliable and efficient exchange of information across our organisation.
About the Role:
As the technical owner of application integrations, you will work across a diverse technology landscape, partnering with business stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable and reliable integration solutions.
You will design, develop and support integrations across SaaS, cloud, enterprise and on-premises systems, leveraging Azure Integration Services and modern API-led integration practices. The role combines solution delivery, operational support, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement to ensure Endeavour Foundation's integration capabilities remain secure, reliable and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Delivery

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy and support Application-to-Application integrations across enterprise, SaaS, cloud and on-premises systems.

Translate business, functional and technical requirements into integration designs, interface specifications and data mappings.

Develop and maintain APIs, Logic Apps, middleware, Azure Functions and integration workflows.

Support integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness and post-implementation activities.

Develop reusable integration patterns and promote best-practice integration standards.
Stakeholder Engagement
-
Partner with business stakeholders to understand data exchange and integration requirements.

Provide technical guidance throughout discovery, design, testing and implementation phases.

Present solution designs, proofs of concept and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
Operational Excellence

Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across production environments.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.

Maintain documentation including API specifications, data flows, support procedures and knowledge articles.

Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, governance and operational requirements.
What You'll Bring:
Essential Experience
-
Minimum 3-5 years' experience designing, developing, implementing and supporting Application-to-Application integrations.

Experience integrating enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, vendor systems and cloud services.

Experience supporting production integrations, including incident management, troubleshooting and root cause analysis

Experience producing technical documentation including interface specifications, data mappings and support procedures.

Demonstrated experience analysing complex application landscapes and delivering fit-for-purpose integration solutions.

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Integration or related discipline.

Microsoft Azure certification highly regarded.

ITIL Foundation certification desirable.
