We're looking for a Psychologist or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker who is passionate about helping people, values meaningful therapeutic relationships, and wants to be part of a collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together.

The Role
You'll work from our modern consulting rooms in Wodonga, providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families across a broad range of presentations.
Our referral base continues to grow through strong relationships with local GPs, paediatricians, psychiatrists, schools, employers and the wider community, providing you with a consistent and diverse caseload.
Your work may include:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Anxiety and depression
- Autism and ADHD
- Grief and loss
- Parenting and family relationships
- Perinatal mental health
- NDIS therapeutic supports
- Adjustment, life transitions and wellbeing
Depending on your interests, you'll also have opportunities to:
- Facilitate evidence-based group programs
- Develop new clinical programs and workshops
- Deliver community education
- Complete autism assessments (training available)
- Build a specialised area of practice aligned with your professional goals
Our dedicated administration team manages referrals, bookings, invoicing and day-to-day client communication, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality clinical care.

Who We're Looking For
You're someone who enjoys building authentic therapeutic relationships and believes every person deserves compassionate, evidence-based care.
You enjoy working independently while appreciating the value of being surrounded by experienced colleagues.
You may already have specialist interests, or perhaps you're still discovering them.
Either way, we'll support your growth.
We welcome clinicians with interests in trauma, EMDR, DBT, ACT, CBT, Schema Therapy, neuroaffirming practice, couples therapy, child and adolescent mental health, or any area you're passionate about developing.
Essential Requirements
- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA or Accreditation as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
- Eligibility to provide Medicare services (where applicable)
- Current Working with Children Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Current driver's licence
