We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our growing team.
What we’re looking for:
- Genuine understanding of disability and mental health
- Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships and empower participants
- Reliability and commitment to providing quality care
What you’ll do:
- Support participants with daily living activities
- Encourage independence and skill development
- Provide social and community participation support
- Respect and uphold participant choice and control
- Work alongside families, therapists, and support coordinators
What you will need:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Driver License and Car with Comprehensive Insurance
- Relevant Disability/Aged Care Qualifications or Lived Experience
