About the Role
Join our Metabolic and Bariatric Clinic team to help patients build lasting lifestyle change. You’ll assess readiness, identify barriers and create tailored exercise plans that support better health outcomes.
Assess exercise needs, readiness and barriers
Build tailored exercise plans and interventions
Support sustainable lifestyle and behaviour change
Work with the multidisciplinary team on care plans
Liaise with referrers, health providers and university partners
About You
You’ll bring sound clinical skills, a client centred approach and a collaborative mindset. To succeed in this role, you’ll have:
Degree eligible for ESSA Exercise Physiologist accreditation
Clinical experience in a multidisciplinary health team
Knowledge of rehabilitation and evidence based practice
Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills
Basic life support skills and sound computer skills
